Legal name change to UniCredit Bank AG (former Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG)

With entry into the commercial register in Munich on 15th December 2009 the legal name change is going to be legally effective. This alteration has no economical impact on the solid business model of the new UniCredit Bank AG.
